We just had an amazing experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems last month.  Our salesperson Dan McNally quoted us exactly what we needed--nothing more, nothing less--to turn our wet, dank basement into a clean and safe usable space.  Foreman Juan and his team were unbelievably efficient, knocking out what we thought would be a 5-day project in half that time, including clean up and disposal of all the old, wet drywall and framing they demoed.  I highly recommend this company--they turned our disaster of a basement into space we can use and enjoy and know our family is safe from the basement moisture and everything that comes with it.

Andrew Gagliairdi was very personable and professional. The presentation was informative and I had no questions about the process after the presentation was completed. The Insulation Team worked very well together. We received one of your flyers in the mail the day after I decided something needed to be done about the problem. More importantly was the representation given by Mr. Gagliaird.

Design Specialist was wonderful and very helpful. 

The crew called ahead and showed up on time. They worked tirelessly in 90 + degree temperatures until the job was completed. Everything was explained to me and they left my place very neat! Wilbur and his crew are top-notch!

I wanted to shout out to a couple of your team members that were amazing. On September 6 we had some concrete work done on our front porch/walkway. Iian Grooms and  Fermin Bermuduc worked so hard in the 95 degree (or higher) heat that day and did an outstanding job.  Iian communicated with us through out the afternoon letting us know what was going with the work.  In the end the front porch and walkway look fantastic.    Andrew Gagliardi was the sales rep for this project.  We had a situation - Andy handled it and we were able to complete the project on time.   Thank you to Iian, Fermin and Andrew!  We appreciate all you have done.      

Quality 1st was great. Everyone throughout the process was very nice and helpful, from my salesperson Bill, to the guys that did the work, Carlos and Ramon. There was a minor setback with having to reschedule with me 2 times, but Quality 1st did the right thing by me and took money off my balance for the inconvenience. Special shout out to Ramon and Carlos. They are both great guys, very professional, did a nice job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend Quality 1st Basements to anyone in need of slab leveling (like me) or anything they specialize in for that matter.

As a Real Estate Agent, inspection issues can crush a deal, and having the right contractor to navigate complex repairs is crucial. 1st Basement Systems went above and beyond to inspect, explain, and repair quickly a home with structural issues that was under contract. I want to leave a compliment on the fine job Mr. Octavio Alverez did today to repair my cement front porch. Because there was a good chance the slab could crack, he took special care to relevel it gradually. Mission accomplished without incident. Bill P. of Quality1st worked with me to provide a great estimate and immediately responded to my phone and text questions. Sean J. arrived on time and did an exceptional job leveling my stamped concrete pool deck with a product called PolyLevel. The concrete around the pool steps has always been an issue and was thinking I would need to replace this section on concrete. Sean using this PolyLevel and his experience was able to get it back in the place where it now looks perfect. So glad!!! As replacing the concrete, the color and pattern would never have matched. What is also great has Sean drilled very small holes which he filled after with concrete and you cannot tell where they are. Thanks, Bill and Sean for an exceptional job!!!

The team came into my basement this morning and was very efficient. They covered my kitchen floor and started to work. Juan G. and the men started at 9 and were finished at 11. After the work was done I was asked to checked to see if everything was finished the way it's supposed to be I will recommend this company to my family and friends.
