I first had work done by Quality 1st Basement Systems a few years ago when I had waterproofing products installed in my basement. Since then, I have yearly maintenance done to check everything out, and make sure things are working properly. Every year I am always impressed with how excellent Quality 1st is in setting up the appointment, and in performing the checkup. Everything is done in a quick and efficient manner, and I always have a good experience.

Before Quality 1st fixed me leaky basement I was having a water problem for more than 6 months! I decided to give Quality 1st a call and was instantly pleased with the courteous and professional office staff that set my free estimate appointment. Before meeting with my inspector Rick I recieved a presentation packet in the mail that showed me different solutions and what was the problem. My salesman Rick Ludlow was very honest and provided me with an instant quote the same day as my inspection. I am pleased to know that my system is under warrenty and is transferrable. The installation team was respectful, hardworking and left the job site cleaner than they found it!

I am so pleased with the work done by Randy Halal and your team. I had several issues going on at multiple locations, including a wet and leaky basement, a structural problem with floors that were sagging because they needed foundation support, as well as general humidity and mold issues. Randy was able to come in and diagnose the issues at each location, and offer me solutions with clear and understandable explanations.

I am satisfied with the work completed at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman Kenny had a ton of excellent information and answered all of my questions. I first heard about Quality 1st through a family member and chose their company because of the products. I invested in a battery back up system so my basement never floods, no matter what!

I'm very satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st in my house. The staff was very professional. They did a great job installing a new sump pump, treating mold on the walls of the basement, and installing a new bilco door. They were very organized and left everything clean. My satisfaction goes from the assessment and proposal for the project done by Matt Abrahamsen to the execution by the team led by Johnathan N. Great job! Highly recommended.

Could not be happier with the promptness and quality of service

We used Quality First to install a drainage system in our basement. Justin came out for the annual preventive system check and was thorough, clear, professional, on time, and pleased. Will request him yearly.

Justin was very professional. Called ahead of his arrival & explained the service that was performed & answered all my questions.

I needed a sump pump, and Quality 1st's web site and literature had the best explanations and detail of what I needed. The sales rep was excellent and helped me make my choice.

I already had an UltraSump sump pump from Quality 1st, and they did good work installing it. I went back to them for another job and I am very satisfied with my choice, the team did a very good job.
