After Hurricane Irene, I finally decided to do something about my flooding basement.  Your office staff was incredibly helpful, especially Juan and James and during my free estimate your salesperson was extremely professional.  The installation team that visited my home were capable, helpful and clean and made sure to leave my basement cleaner than when they came!

Quality First did a fantastic job on our foundation repair. Jack Huber was able to explain the entire process and was available when we had questions. The crew showed up on time and did all the work plus cleaning up. Although the work ended up being done outside versus inside as originally planned it was done correctly. We then passed township inspections. Highly recommend it, other companies' suggestions were not as thorough and did not address the complexity of the repair.  

After relaying my concerns and reservations to our Salesperson Keith MacFarlane I am happy to say that all of my concerns were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. I was and am quite happy with the quickness to satisfy me and to work with me in resolving my concerns, and in this I am very grateful. The service technician, Michael, did a quality job in identifying the issue with my SaniDry dehumidifier; then returned a couple of weeks later to hook up a new unit. Michael was on time, polite, and got the job done effectively and efficiently. I will continue to use Quality 1st Basements to service my dehumidifier and will recommend this business to others.

We're very satisfied with the job Quality 1st Basement Systems did at my home. We first heard about Quality 1st in an advertisement and liked the reviews that they had on Angies List. We loved our salesman, we had a water problem in the basement and he offered a solution! We had to change the date last minute and the office staff was very understanding. I saw your ad in a church bulletin and spoke with a client of yours.  The presentation (by Michael Cucci) was very informative! The installation crew was courteous and the clean-up was good.

Justin called me to let me know he was on his way to my home about 15 minutes prior to our service window. He arrived early was very respectful when entering our home and completed a very thorough service of our sump pump. We had Quality First basements encapsulate our crawlspace and install a dehumidifier. We've had the system for a few years now and we're very pleased. The install went very well, the technicians were very pleasant, professional, and on time. Each year they come out to check on things to ensure the system is performing as intended.Just this past week John, the service technician, came out to perform the annual check.He called when he was approximately 30 minutes away, arrived on time, wore protective footwear so as not to mark up the carpet. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided a very professional appearance.He spent about 30-40 minutes checking things out; cleaned out the sump area for the dehumidifier, changed a filter, and did an overall check of the system.I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering their services.

Quality 1st Basement Systems did a fabulous job in my crawl space. My HVAC guys are thoroughly impressed with how nice and dry it is and has no mildew smell. Crawl space is fully encapsulated, with 2 sump pumps and a heavy duty dehumidifier. Juan and his crew of four were great, everything was cleaned up and removed from my property.. highly recommended Sales guy Joe, Juan and his team! 

The waterproof lining and dehumidification system in my crawlspace works well and is clean and safe. Randy and his trainee Mike recently did my annual maintenance. They stayed in clear communication about the schedule, and they arrived on time.  They worked quickly and professionally on the maintenance tasks, including fixing a leak in a pvc elbow. Randy noticed a slow leak on my water pump, even though this is not part of the dehumidification system.  I was able to have it repaired by someone else before it became a much bigger problem.  Thank you to this wonderful team!
