From estimate to completion, I was very impressed with your company. The estimator happened to be the owner. While there certainly is a presentation as part of the estimate, I never felt pressured to buy. The tasks to fix the issues and the reason behind them were thoughtfully detailed and explained. The install went very well and I felt at ease with how the job was progressing mainly due the foreman. He was very personable and truly cared about making sure that I was a satisfied customer. When additional work was needed, he showed me exactly what the issue was and clearly defined what needed to be done. Again, I never felt that I was being pressured or sold something that I didn't need. As of 2 weeks later, I can say that I'm very pleased with the system that was installed.

I had water leaking into my basement from the wastewater exit pipe. Your company tried a repair job from the inside. The next rainfall I had more water leaking in the same spot. The company came back out and dug down from the outside and resealed that way. We've had a few big storms since and not a drop in the basement. Unlike the first company I hired for this repair, Basement Systems stood by their guarantee and did what it took to get it right. Awesome job. Highly recommend!
