Quality 1st waterproofed our basement two years ago. Recently the dehumidifier broke and leaked a significant amount of water. We were originally scheduled for repair one week out but we’re moved up to the next day when there was a cancellation. The service techs were professional and knowledgeable and corrected the problem. All at no cost. I definitely recommend Quality 1st!

We had foam installation for our garage once we found out there was nothing under it. Angie was fabulous throughout the entire process, from scheduling to installation to payment. She was always cheerful and did her best to provide excellent customer service. Mr. Noe arrived with a worker at 2:00 and was driving away at 2:45. He was very pleasant and got right to work. Prior to this we had thought about this project for 4 or 5 years.  Each time I spoke with someone in the office they were friendly and helpful. I found Quality 1st Basement Systems on the internet and we selected them after receiving other estimates. Their price seemed fair and I felt I got an honest assesment. 

I got quotes from other companies but chose Quality 1st because of the type of waterproofing system Jeff offered, lifetime warranty, and financing ability. I can't say enough kudos for Jesus and his team. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. 

Collin Peare was fantastic. He was unable to schedule a visit with his regular technicians and since this situation was a bit of an emergency, Collin generously offered to come out to our house himself. Great customer service!

I had a WaterGuard drain system and new sump pump installed in my unfinished basement, and am extremely pleased that I chose Quality 1st to do the work. Juan and his team arrived on time, and they were all friendly and hard working. When they finished the job, Juan made sure I understood the new system and was patient with my questions. A few days later, when something needed adjusting in the pump to eliminate vibration noise, Justin was sent out promptly. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable, quickly finding and fixing the problem. I also want to give a "shout out" to the booklet that arrived by FedEx before the work was done -- "Dry Basement Science" -- which is full of great information (and is quite entertaining to read). Thumbs-up to Quality 1st, I would recommend them.

This was my second time choosing Quality 1st to do a major job, this time to drain, grade, and encapsulate my large and damp crawl space, and once again they did a quality job. Ruben and his team arrived on time, and they were all friendly and hard working. When they finished, Juan made sure I understood everything that had been done and installed and was patient with my questions. Michael was sent out to diagnose and fix a problem with my ultrasump system,.  He arrived on time, and I was impressed by his friendliness, expertise and professionalism.  He identified the problem and was creative in solving it.  In addition, he took the time to ensure that I understood what had caused the glitch, and what was done about it.  When he left, I understood a great deal more about the pump system than before.  I highly recommend Michael as a technician.  

Esau and the team arrived within the time frame given. They were all mindful and respectful of the property. Esau explained everything completely and clearly. The whole team was nice and courteous, they allowed me to watch the process, and utilized what they needed to get the job done as quickly as possible with great effort.
