John S. was excellent I am very satisfied with the work completed by the installation crew at Quality 1st Basement Systems. I chose Quality 1st because of the warranty on their work and John's good workmanship. The office staff was excellent they helped answer my initial questions.

Brett and his team were all very polite, friendly and professional. They met with extenuating circumstances - 23 inches of concrete instead of 4 so it took them much longer then they had anticipated but they staid in good humor and did not show frustration.

My salesman Jeff Nero was very friendly and professional. He didn't use any hard sell tactics. The foreman Juan Gonzalez was very professional and friendly; the crew worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. I chose Quality 1st because of the quality of their sump pumps, the company's extensive experience with situations like ours, and the available payment plan.

I had been thinking about waterproofing my basement for 3 months before calling Quality 1st Basement Systems. Overall I am pleased and satisfied with the work and waterproofing systems installed. My inspector did a great job at explaining all products and services before my installation process. I chose to go with Quality 1st because of the truth behind their system and the waterproofing book that was sent to me previously before the appointment. The installation team lead by Juan Garcia did an excellent job.

Quality 1st Basement customer care/services are excellent. As a new home buyer, I will definitely recommend this company to others. They expedited a service tech "Justin" to fix a problem. Unfortunately, some items needed to be replaced however Justin advised he had the replacement parts inside the van and would be able to start right away. This is true customer service most companies would have you wait or order parts but Justin advised they keep their vehicles stock so there isn't any delay for repair. Justin also indicated we can request him for future services since we are happy with his services. I have worked in customer service and happy to see this company practice making customers completely satisfied. Five Stars

Preventative maintenance on the sump pump system. I have the 3 pump system which kept my basement dry through all our heavy rains.   Justin was very professional and courteous and answered my many questions!

Quality 1st did an exceptional job restoring my basement after Hurricane Ida. They installed French Drains, sump pumps, and waterproof walling. Very professional, addressed all customer concerns promptly. The quality of their work is top-notch. Mike and Randy came out and helped figure out why the sump pump stopped working. They got everything working again and were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

I initially discovered Quality 1st with a quick online search and decided to choose their company because I noticed they were a company that specialized in basement waterproofing and met all of my needs. Overall, I am very fulfilled with the work done at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman was courteous and competent, he helped me choose the best products. Victor Leon and the installation crew was nice, clean, respectful and effective.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago when first had work done another one of my houses. I contacted them again back in September when I decided to get work done on my unfinished basement. I wanted to waterguard my basement, as well as put in other waterproofing products to protect my basement. Similar to my first time using Quality 1st, I had a very good experience. The salesman John Schweitzer is a good guy who knows what he is talking about. After the work was done, the crew took a lot of care to minimize the mess. They did a great job leaving the work area looking uncluttered. Overall it was a great experience, and I will be sure to use them in the future if I need any more work done!

I want to let you know that the recent job here at Educational Testing Services went very well. Jonathan was great to deal with. He had everything well organized, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the job. He and the crew worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion, took care of the work area during the job (which wasn’t easy due to the mushy conditions), and also cleaned up really well before they left. The guys did a great job, fast, efficient, and clean. Finished in less time than we were told and were very courteous and friendly. Outstanding. And best of all, it rained a lot the next night and things stayed dry in the basement. Good work folks!
