I found Quality 1st through and internet search, after thinking about fixing my problem for five years. I liked the installation material and equipment that the salesman showed me. The installation team was dedicated, I would recommend Quality 1st.

I called Quality 1st Basement Systems after the water damage in my basement from Hurricane Sandy. I am overall very satisfied with the work completed and would gladly recommend them to anyone with a water problem in the basement. My inspector gave a great presentation and offered affordable solutions that fit my needs. The installation team was professional and clean. I did research with other companies before contacting Quality 1st but chose to go with them because of the price and professionalism.

Overall I am very satisfied with Quality 1st Basement Systems. They do good work. I first heard about them after my father saw their truck on the road and needed a free estimate on my basement water issues. I always got water thru the floor when it rained heavily. My initial call to the company was very professional, the woman I spoke to was kind and willing to help. I answered a few short questions and was set with my free appointment. My inspector Dan was very kind, patient, and informative. He offered solutions that were fit for my basement. My experience with the crew led by Jonathan was a good one, the guys were quick and professional. I did research other companies but chose Quality 1st because the price was within my budget and I believed in the quality of the products.

My wife and I first had work done to our basement with Quality 1st Basement Systems back in 2010 when we had waterproofing done on our basement. Since then we are pleased with the annual service appointments, and how smoothly everything goes. The staff are excellent in setting up the appointment and the techs are wonderful. When I was made aware of Quality First Basement Company, I was impressed right from the beginning. Within 10 hours a representative, Jack Huber came to my home and he checked out my basement and said that I need waterproofing. He explained everything to me and showed me all of the steps of this process on a computer.I just wanted to say that Quality First did a fantastic job on my basement waterproofing. The team of Delphino, Rodney, and Javier was wonderful. They were very professional and they explained everything to me as they were completing the job. They cleaned up all of the garbage and they left nothing on my property. They should be commended for a job well done.
